I only ever have 2 devices connected to the system ever, my iPad and my windows machine, I'd like to use the Windows machine so that I could use the Spectrometers, but I can't until this issue is fixed.

My iPad app has been working great, also I am on the UC Surface 1.3 version. I also have the issue of the faders/EQ settings moving on their own, but it only happens to me on my Windows 8.1 computer over firewire (havent tried ethernet). We will get this fixed in the next release which should be coming shortly. We are seeing some other odd network related problems with this build and are including it with them to see if we can find a common cause and get it fixed.įor now I'm going to close this ticket and tell you to just stick with the previous version as there is nothing more either of us can do with it. I'd be happy to spend time on the phone with you if there is anything else that I can do to help find the problem. Rolled back to previous firmware - all fine again, The router, Apple or other, is apparently not a part of the problem. Switched to a D-Link N300 - just bought for $25 at Staples. Switched everything to our older Time Capsule residence router - same issue. Just tested again with the dedicated Airport Extreme - great till 4th attached wireless device - then intermittent as per video. Not only are they great at solving problems, but they admit when they need to send something back to the developers. The following is the last exchange I had with Tech Support. I took a video of the problem and sent it in. Additionally the faders kinda move on their own so to speak.ĭid i do something wrong, or does anyone have any suggestions? Unfortunately i'm not in front of the RM at the moment, but can be or have someone there if need be. You can look at the meters via IPAD and they'll be fluctuating, then nothing. It's as though connection comes and goes. Well after updating that firmware, now the control is laggy. The dongle is plugged into the board as well. We log in with a windows touchscreen for FOH, although its often ran via IPAD. The RM is connected to a router via ethernet that provides our "StudioLive" network, which has no internet connection. At the church we have a Mac hard wired via firewire into the board that we use for capture (and pro presenter, and spotify). Please correct me in anything i may be doing wrong.
